Privacy + Collection Notice

Orbweva ("we", "us") is Ryan Ahamer trading as Orbweva, ABN 62 159 782 318, Adelaide, South Australia. This explains what personal information orbweva.com.au collects, why, who we share it with, and your choices. Privacy contact: privacy@orbweva.com.
1. What we collect
- Restaurant mockup requests (the front-page form): venue name, your name, email, phone, a link to your current site or socials, what your site fails at, whether you own your domain, who took your photos, and your two consent choices.
- Your connection's IP address and browser type when you send the form, for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- What you send us by email afterwards: replies, photos, menus, anything you include.
- Basic technical and analytics data when you use the site: hosting logs, Google Analytics 4 (cookies and page views) and Vercel Analytics (page views, no cookies). Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are not tracked; for everyone else, analytics runs unless your browser blocks it. Nothing in it identifies you to us by name. We do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not send it.
2. Why we use it
- To build a private concept page for your venue, on your request, and to reply to you.
- To phone or email you to confirm hours and dishes before anything goes live.
- To send occasional notes on restaurant websites, only if you ticked that separate box. You can stop at any time by replying "stop" or emailing privacy@orbweva.com.
- To keep the site working and stop abuse.
- To meet tax and legal obligations once you become a customer. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it to train AI models.
3. How a mockup request is handled
- The concept is built only from text and photos already public on your site or socials, and only after you tick the box saying you own or manage the venue. If you tell us a photographer took the photos, we ask before using them.
- The concept is not published or listed anywhere. You get an unlisted link.
- If you say no, we delete the concept and your request, and we do not contact you again unless you ticked the separate box asking for occasional emails.
- The consent to build the concept and the consent to receive emails are separate. Neither box is pre-ticked.
4. Who we share it with (processors)

5. Overseas disclosure (APP 8)
Every processor above stores data outside Australia. When we disclose personal information overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, and we remain accountable for it.
6. How long we keep it
- Mockup requests and concepts: deleted when you say no, or on your request. Kept while we work together.
- Customer records once you buy: at least five years (ATO record-keeping rules).
- Analytics cookies: Google's _ga cookies last up to two years; Vercel Analytics keeps no cookie that identifies you.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
- Emails: while relevant, then on request. Deletion requests are handled by hand. Email privacy@orbweva.com.
7. Access, correction, complaint
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information (subject to tax retention), and to stop marketing at any time. Email privacy@orbweva.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), oaic.gov.au.
8. Skill packs (parked)
The pages under /skills describe a product that is not currently offered. Their sign-up forms would use GitHub and Brevo, and purchases would use Stripe; none of that runs today. If that surface reopens, this notice will be updated and dated before it does.
